Reminder: this is a service that gives you the exclusive right to utilise the comfort brought by this cute protector during the rental period. We hold a refundable deposit of $150 per item burrowed, which will be refunded back to you when the product is returned at the agreed date and in the same condition.
Products are rented out to you by calendar days, i.e. For products rented between Monday to Friday, a 5-day rental service charge is applicable. Please select 5 days for your order.
For weekend rentals, which is when peak demand happens, there would be a fixed charge of 3 days' rental. If you pick it up by Friday, You can return the product on the following Monday. Please add 3 days to your cart. Please note the rental is not refundable once your rental has started. Send us a message if there's any circumstance change, and we will notify you when and where the item is ready for pick up.
If you wish to extend your rental period, please kindly place orders for the additional days you wish to burrow and leave us a message when you wish to return. We will be deducting additional fees from the refund based on extended calendar days burrowed.
