Shipping and delivery

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Made-to-order items will ship up to one week after payment.

We ship from Melbourne using Australia Post, Sendle and other premium courier
Effective Xmas 2024, Orders over $59 ship free! Shipping for orders less than $59 is only $7.95
Delivery is typically 3-6 business days after your order ships. With processing time, this is typically 4-9 business days after the order has been placed.
Need it faster? Choose express delivery at checkout, The price gets calculated based on the weight of your order, starting from $12.00.
Have lots of goodies in your cart and Melbourne is your home? You may be eligible for complimentary next-day express courier delivery, for FREE. Select the shipping option if this applies to you.

We ship international orders via Austpost, and DHL Express from our home base in Melbourne, Victoria
International shipping is available to selective small items as custom jurisdiction differs.
We are now implementing international shipping to international destinations: New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, the US and Schengen Counties.
GA is unable to cover the costs of customs taxes and duties. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be asked to pay customs fees before your package is released. If you have questions about customs, contact us before placing your order at buildsastainable01@gmail.com
Please pay careful attention to your email and phone so you won't miss customs updates. If you do not pay customs fees (if applicable), your package will be returned to our facility. If this happens, we will refund you once the order arrives back to us, minus shipping costs
Customs has the right to hold shipments for any reason. This is out of our control. Although most shipments arrive quickly, customs can delay delivery for 4-6 weeks
